We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician for our operations in the food manufacturing industry. This role is integral to our production efficiency and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our machinery and equipment are always in optimal working condition. You will be part of a dynamic team that is instrumental in maintaining the smooth running of our production processes.

If you are a self-starter who thrives in a challenging environment, enjoys problem-solving and has a strong technical background, particularly in Electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems, this job is for you. You will be the backbone of our production line, ensuring that our operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and fix them before they escalate.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment.
• Interpret and implement technical instruction, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Work closely with the production team to understand equipment needs and plan maintenance work accordingly.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform immediate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to propose improvements in maintenance processes.
