We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Nurse Practitioner to support one of our Family Medicine offices located at 137 Main St Medford, MA. Weekly schedules consist of 36 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 4 hours of administrative time. The NP will work on site the following days and times :

• Monday-Friday, hours are between 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (with some flexibility)

Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for pediatrics and adults. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being.

The NP will support the practice's panel of patients enhancing practice operations, increasing patient volume and efficiency while also providing excellent patient care and experience. This includes traditional primary care visits and same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team.

Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a licensed provider. The NP is responsible for the assessment and management of various populations of patients, medical and / or surgical, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, development of appropriate plans of care and ongoing evaluation. May also perform additional duties, such as precepting a small group of learners.
