This position exists to direct the advanced modeling and valuation component of the Risk and Advisory team. The role will be responsible for modeling Mortgage cash flows, including aspects of strategy development and execution, oversight of junior personnel, and client relationship management. This role will be responsible for coordinating with the MSR valuation group, Information Technology, and other internal business partners. Essential Job Functions : Manage the development and maintenance of internal and third-party valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs Produce pricing reports, risk reports, attribution analyses, and industry research for clients Provide detailed reporting to support and validate model and cash flows Interface with clients and / or related stakeholders to explain valuation results and methodologies Build strong relationships with clients and other market participants Works with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives Maintain and develop strong compliance policies and procedures Provide recommendations for improving data, workflow, and automation processes Other activities as may be assigned by management Qualifications / Requirements A bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics or science field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 4+ years of industry and / or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent. Strong understanding of stochastic calculus, statistics and computer simulations required Strong financial modeling skills with experience in Python, SQL and Excel required Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
