About the Role

The Company is seeking a Fully Remote Tax Director with an active CPA and a strong background in managing a team within a public accounting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of direct tax returns, with a focus on S Corporations, Pass-Through Entities, High Net Worth Individuals, and Partnerships. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and a proven track record in the review of complex tax returns. The Tax Director will be expected to bring a fresh perspective, technical expertise, and a passion for problem-solving to the team.

Key responsibilities for the Tax Director include leading and managing a team of tax professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service, and maintaining and building client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple client engagements, and outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills. A proactive approach to client service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment are essential.
