Senior NetSuite Technical Administrator

The Senior NetSuite Technical Administrator is responsible for leading solution design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite systems.

This role demands deep technical proficiency across NetSuite modules and customization tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and operational stakeholders.

You will serve as a key advisor and technical lead, ensuring that NetSuite solutions align with the unique needs of a fast-paced, service-oriented business in the snow removal and landscaping industry.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Serve as a NetSuite subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guiding team members to ensure effective project execution and system performance.
• Own the technical delivery of NetSuite-related projects, collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to strategic architectural and design decisions.
• Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements.
• Lead the design and development of complex NetSuite customizations, leveraging tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
• Architect and implement scalable custom modules, workflows, and system integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems (i.e., Salesforce, Viaesys, DataRails, Power BI, Paycor, etc.) Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite configurations, custom scripts, and integrations to ensure stability and performance.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the lifecycle of NetSuite implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration rationales, and development processes to support ongoing system evolution and knowledge sharing.
