Clinical Nursing Supervisor (Non-Exempt)

Position Details : Minimum Qualifications : Education : Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. License : Current RN licensure within state of practice or current RN temporary work permit in state of practice. Certification : Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position / unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe : - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Experience : 3 years' work experience in a hospital setting. Preferred Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Certification : Nursing Specialty Certification. Experience : 5 years working in a hospital setting; prior management Why Mercy?
