We're expanding our team and currently hiring a Part-Time Every-Other-Weekend Supervisor Nurse (RN / LVN) to join our amazing staff.

💰 Pay : $38-$42 / hour (RN)

🌟 What You'll Do

As a Supervisor Nurse in our SNF , you'll :

Provide compassionate, professional care to geriatric residents

Oversee clinical operations and ensure care follows each resident's plan and wishes

Order medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed

Administer treatments and medications, including IVs, tube feedings, suction, and wound care

Monitor and respond to changes in residents' conditions, notifying physicians and families as needed

Support your team by modeling excellence in care and decision-making

Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation

✅ What We're Looking For

Current RN or LVN license in good standing (TX)

Strong communicator with residents, families, and staff

Confident decision-maker with sound clinical judgment

Knowledgeable in SNF best practices, nursing standards, and regulations
