Construction Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead construction accounting processes, including budget creation and project close-out

Review and reconcile pay applications, invoices, and change orders for compliance

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align financial objectives with project delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in construction or real estate development accounting

Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and capital project financing

Proficiency with construction accounting / project management systems

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
