Job descriptionSeeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join their nationally recognized team in Las Vegas, NV. The hospital features Nevada’s only dedicated pediatric congenital heart surgery program, a state-of-the-art 14-bed CICU, and academic affiliations with UNLV School of Medicine. Deliver specialized care in the 14-bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) Manage over 400 pediatric cardiac surgeries annually in Nevada’s only program Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ECMO and cath lab services Provide coverage in a 24-bed tertiary Pediatric ICU and 30-bed pediatric ED Supervise and educate UNLV pediatric, EM, and FM residents rotating through ICU Perform procedural sedation as part of comprehensive critical care services Participate in rotational scheduling including weekends and on-call support BC / BE in Pediatric Critical Care OR Pediatric Cardiology with CICU training – Required Nevada Medical License or eligibility to obtain – Required Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area – Required Competitive salary with potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Full benefits package including : Medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance Progyny fertility benefits Livongo Diabetes & Teladoc virtual care 401(k) with matching + Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount) Life and AD&D insurance, short & long-term disability Pre-tax HSA & FSA options Generous parental leave, FMLA, sick bank Aflac, identity protection, EAP, Care.com services Bolster your CV with a diverse range of experiences, demonstrating adaptability, versatility, and a commitment to excellence.
