A company is looking for a President / CEO / Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities

Provide visionary and strategic leadership to advance the organization's mission

Oversee fundraising efforts and engage with language communities and churches

Lead the Senior Leadership Team and serve as the primary liaison with SIL Global Leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven executive leadership experience in nonprofit governance

Experience in fundraising and network building

Familiarity with finance and compliance in a nonprofit context

Strong understanding of missional theology and spiritual maturity

Ability to design and implement multi-faceted strategies
