This primarily driving post involves routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to support a secure environment for customers and staff. Position Type : Part Time Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Tue 05 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM Wed 05 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM Sat 11 : 00 AM - 05 : 30 PM Sun 05 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM What You'll Do Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter theft and / or disruptive behavior within the retail environment. Document incidents and complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner. What We're Looking For Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
