Job descriptionProfessionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards Accurately measure cut and fit materials for a clean precise finish Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials scheduling and inspections Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site Proven experience in installing windows doors roofs gutters siding or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred) A valid drivers license Ability to lift to 100 lbs. work at heights climb ladders and perform physical labor Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required Respect : Show respect to all adopt diversity have a positive attitude and listen to other peoples views with courtesy.
