Sales Support Administrator
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Support Administrator, where you will provide crucial administrative support to the inside sales team, consisting of four individuals. You will also assist the shipping and receiving team with their needs. This role involves managing quotations, purchase orders, data entry, and export control documentation, as well as following up on emails with customers and vendors.
Responsibilities include :
Perform secondary contract reviews for the Inside Sales Team.
Answer sales group phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
Review daily late order reports for the Inside Sales Team and follow up with relevant departments for resolution, advising the appropriate inside sales member if additional action is required.
Check calendars of the Inside Sales Team for action items, such as incoming purchase orders, and advise the appropriate team member when actions are complete and if further actions are needed.
Load quotes for sales as needed.
Provide assistance and backup to the main administrator, including scanning and invoicing tasks.
Review and complete inspection reports for receiving, including mill MTRs, adding specifications, and verifying chemical compositions through a cert checker.
Essential Skills :
2+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in sales support and data entry
Strong administrative support and order entry skills
Experience with invoicing, Microsoft Office, and customer support
Ability to process orders and manage sales administration
Attention to detail
Skills in sales operations and Microsoft Excel, including Excel pivot tables
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Desire to grow with the company

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
