Contract Coordinator I

Duration : 3 months contract HYBRID Role 4 days onsite to start Monday - Thursday. Friday may work from home Job Description : Purpose : Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration. Top 3-5 skills, experience or education required : Contract’s heavy role previous experience is a MUST Analytical mind, self-motivated Team members are high performers (you cannot hide) Organized and ability to solve problems Proven good judgment Employment : Temporary role (~3 months), offering experience in contract management and procurement within a dynamic team. Responsibilities : Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management system. Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as needed. Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies / regulations. Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization. Qualifications : BA or two years of undergraduate education preferred. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance). Experience with contract management / vender management programs required; SAP experience is a plus. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
