Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager will drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention while developing strategies to enhance customer outcomes and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates. Key Responsibilities Onboard and develop the Customer Success Managers, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance Empower the team to achieve targets for net renewals, retention, and expansion by focusing on customer outcomes Monitor customer health and implement strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring high renewal rates Required Qualifications Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring staff in a customer success or related role Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all management levels Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and retention in a high-pressure environment
