Senior Contract Close Out Specialist and Financial Analyst (4231)

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Contract Close Out Specialist and Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all duties related to Verification and Validation reviews of obligations at S&T.
• Ensure the V&V certification letters are certified accordingly.
• Perform the quarterly Obligation Analysis, update S&T's V&V master file, provide ad hoc reports, validate the V&V recoveries, and obtain financial support documentation needed for the V&V process.
• Complete all closeout contract actions (Cost, Time and Material, Labor Hour, Fixed Priced contracts, and Intra / Inter Agency Agreements.
• Assist in the day-to-day activities concerning the processing of Procurement Requisitions and producing reports as needed by the government.

Requirements :

Position is remote but must be able to commute to Washington, DC as needed
