Job descriptionProficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Strong foundational knowledge in Information Technology systems and related tools. Exceptional Customer Service skills to offer user-friendly assistance and support. Experience in providing Training to users for effective use of IT resources and solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred. Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role is an advantage.

The role involves assisting end-users with IT-related queries, delivering exemplary customer service, and helping maintain efficient workplace technology operations. Additional responsibilities include providing training and expert guidance on IT systems and tools when necessary.
