Soliant Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is interested in working in a school setting.
This position is located close to Chesapeake City, MD. In this role, the SLPA will be working alongside an SLP toprovideservices for school age students ranging from grades K-12.
Job Description & Requirements :
- BA in Speech Communications or AAS degree from SLPA program
- SLPA certification for Maryland
- Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
- Caseload : K-12
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication w / staff, students / parents during high-stress and crisis situations.
- Ability to travel between buildings during the day may be required work may take place in multiple school sites.
- Providing direct and indirect services in accordance with a students IEP.
- Onsite only, virtual not an option.
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
