We are looking for a Sales Coach to coordinate training activities that will help maximize our sales team’s performance.
Sales Coach responsibilities include mentoring new salespeople, designing individual and team training courses and preparing educational material.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.
Ultimately, you will help our salespeople develop their skills and achieve their quotas.
Principal Responsibilities
- Create individualized sales coaching plans with actionable and time-bound next steps
- Increase deal progression and velocity through 1 : 1 deal review
- Generate buy-in from coached reps by demonstrating how the Coaching Program leads to increased production, revenue and goal attainment
- Consult, mentor, and coach a selected group of sales reps to affect positive change and increase overall sales acumen and effectiveness
Required
- 5+ years of sales experience preferably in SaaS / IT environment
- 2+ years of Training / Mentoring / Coaching experience
- 1+ year of Management or Team Lead experience preferred
- Ability to effectively and efficiently coach others by simplifying complex sales techniques and approaches
