Accounting Assistant

Our client, a top media and entertainment company, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to provide administrative and mail-processing support for two to three Financial Accounting teams. This role involves handling, scanning, routing, and distributing physical and electronic mail, identifying urgent items, and managing ad hoc admin tasks to support a fast-paced accounting environment. The Accounting Assistant will collaborate with team members at all levels, including executive leadership, and must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both communication and problem solving.

• Location : Celebration, Florida 34747
• Assignment Type : Full-Time Contracted, December 8 th 2025 - May 30 th , 2026
• Pay Range : $18-19 / hour depending on Experience
• Schedule : Onsite Monday-Thursday 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, remote Friday
