The Role : We are looking for a reliable and efficient Transplant Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in transplanting crops and seedlings to their designated fields, ensuring proper care and placement for optimal growth. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining healthy plants.

Location : Yuma, AZ

Areas of Responsibility :

• Transplant seedlings or young plants into designated areas of the farm.
• Ensure plants are properly spaced, placed, and handled to minimize damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper tool storage.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve transplanting goals and deadlines.
• Assist with other general farm tasks as required, such as irrigation or harvesting.
