Overview

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is growing and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to establish and build a Civil Engineering Practice in our Sacramento office. You'll lead the efforts in identifying opportunities for growing the practice, lead business development and marketing efforts, and implement strategies to provide client service and sustainable growth of the practice. You'll work with other practices within CEC to provide an integrated approach to addressing client needs.

The pay range for this position is between $124,000-224,000 based on experience and location (in addition, CEC offers overtime pay and other great benefits).

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

• 15+ years' experience;
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering;
• California Professional Civil Engineer License;
• Local connections and or existing professional network with developers, architects, businesses, clients, regulatory agencies, etc.
