Program Director

A company is looking for a Program Director responsible for shaping the strategic direction of healthcare programs and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of program performance across multiple projects, including technical, contractual, and financial elements

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively communicating changes to program scope, timeline, or budget

Oversee project activities to ensure compliance, timely completion, and budget adherence while managing contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience

5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects

Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and / or Federal Contracts

3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development

5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a client services organization
