• 6–8 hours Pay : $18.50 – $21.50 / hr (based on experience) 🚀 What You'll Be Responsible For LEAD RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
• Follow and complete opening / closing checklists
• Monitor food safety standards and walk-in cooler organization
• Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment
• Adjust staffing in real-time to match business needs
• Send daily shift summaries to management ACCOUNTABILITY
• Enforce policies around uniforms, punctuality, attendance, phone use
• Ensure all team members follow our Quality Identifier standards
• Coach team with respect and firmness CUSTOMER RECOVERY
• Handle guest issues like a Hot Chi pro

• Issue refunds or credits as needed to win customers back INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
• Receive and stow away deliveries
• Create and oversee prep lists
• Complete full inventory counts as scheduled
• Communicate expected shortages to management CASH HANDLING
• Safe counts and reconciliation
• End-of-shift drawer balancing and deposits
