Independent, Physician-Owned Practice seeking a Board Certified Dermatologist - Immediate Ownership Track Available

CallaDerm Center for Medical and Surgical Dermatology is a Faith Based, Independent, One Facility Practice in East Tennessee.

The owner / physician has enjoyed following her calling and has built a practice with integrity, care and love for her patients and her team. Now it is time to build for the future. We are looking for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Dermatologist with dreams of owning their own practice and supervising a solid team of professionals as they focus on the areas of Dermatology they are interested in.

With an immediate ownership / partner track available , the chosen candidate will have the autonomy to develop their practice mix to include General Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology, and MOH's Surgery.

Being a part of an independent practice gives you the opportunity to grow and develop your practice away from restrictive corporate structures of larger practices. Being a single location practice, you won't have to worry about traveling to multiple offices during the week.

Compensation is uncapped. It is a revenue based model to include a share of revenue generated by the physician and the extenders that they supervise. You can determine your compensation level and work / life balance.
