You'll help shape the future of our communities by finding, attracting, and hiring top talent from compassionate caregivers to dynamic community leaders.
What You'll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft creative recruitment strategies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both high-volume community roles and leadership positions
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong retention
- Represent Allegro Living's fun, caring, and service-driven culture in everything you do
What You Bring :
