Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services across various settings such as schools, hospitals, and critical care units .
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve communication skills like articulation, fluency, and language. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, educators, and families, maintaining accurate records, and staying current with best practices.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure , and preferred experience in critical care, acute care, schools, or hospitals. Strong communication skills and knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and IEPs are essential.
Offering a pay rate of $60 - $120 per hour , benefits include 401(k), continuing education, insurance options, flexible schedule, mileage and travel reimbursement, and paid time off .
The schedule allows you to choose your own hours , primarily during day shifts , with weekends as needed . The work involves on-the-road service delivery.
