Senior Manager

The Global Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaissance (Global ISR) business within the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) BU of Raytheon, is looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team of 7-8 analysts and a portfolio with annual sales of $200M+. The role is onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and is an integral part of the leadership team in helping to maximize execution, build strategy, and ensure the team is meeting financial and customer commitments. This unique role encompasses Program Controls Finance, Pricing, and Scheduling due to the entity being a Goodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. This role is essential for establishing transparent finance processes and decision making to assist leadership in the continued growth of this business. Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional leadership teams.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
