Job Title : Site Lead

JANSON is seeking a Site Lead for its Buildings & Environments domain. This position requires onsite work in the Northern Virginia area with the possibility of up to 30% travel.

Location : Fairfax, VA

Start : Immediately

Clearance : Secret (Must be clearable)

SUMMARY :

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of JANSON’s building modernization projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, and according to quality standards. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be instrumental in maintaining effective project documentation, facilitating communication among project vendors, and supporting the overall project management process.

Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Coordination :

• Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays or risks onsite.
• Assist in resource allocation, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
