Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Overview :

This role offers the opportunity to join a leading neonatal team providing advanced care across multiple Level-III NICUs. The position emphasizes collaborative practice professional development and family-centered care while allowing candidates to enjoy a balanced lifestyle with access to diverse communities and outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct clinical care within four Level-III NICUs

Manage care for high-volume neonatal services including approximately 1700 annual NICU admissions and over 10000 births

Perform advanced neonatal interventions such as high-frequency ventilation inhaled nitric oxide therapy and total body cooling for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Participate in neonatal transport operations including emergency stabilization and coordination

Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to deliver comprehensive evidence-based care

Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives mentorship programs and ongoing clinical development

Support and communicate effectively with families throughout the NICU experience

Masters degree or higher

Board certification

Active DEA certification

Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
