The role includes a comprehensive 3-month training program with competitive compensation to prepare you for success in both indoor and outdoor sales positions.

Compensation :

$70,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Acquire practical knowledge of our services and products within the initial training month
• Educate and inform customers about our procedures to build trust
• Provide recommendations on moving services and products considering cost, availability, and customer needs
• Communicate all relocation details to the Project Coordination team for a seamless customer experience
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up
• Establish a personal client base to drive referrals
• Clearly define customer expectations and maximize upselling opportunities
• Operate autonomously and cooperatively within a team

Qualifications :

• Must be self-motivated and have exceptional time management skills
• Possess effective listening and communication abilities with a focus on good grammar, voice, and diction
• Capable of analyzing and resolving problems efficiently
• Attention to detail is a key attribute
• Understanding of successful selling and closing strategies and methods
• Comfortable with initiating customer interactions and seeking business and referrals
• Strong team player who can work effectively with diverse personalities
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Uphold integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to MG Moving Services Core Values
• A positive attitude is a must
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
• Previous sales experience (inside sales / outside sales) is preferred
