Accounting Clerk

Job Title : Accounting Clerk Location : Tulsa , Oklahoma Type : Contract Compensation : $18.00 - $23.00 hourly Contractor Work Model : Onsite System One is in search of an Accounting Clerk for a top-notch company in the Tulsa area. Qualified candidates will join an established team of professionals who excel in their areas of expertise. Responsibilities : Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor management Research, track, and resolve accounting problems Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records Verify and process invoices and payments to vendors, verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation Process accounts receivable Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes Interact with customers to ensure payments are applied correctly and timely Qualifications : Associates' degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance Proficient in a variety of accounting software and Microsoft Office including Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Excellent communication, data entry and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
