Job descriptionExperience in meat processing, production, or food quality control Knowledge of beef grading (Choice, Prime, Select) and NAMP specs Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in refrigerated environments and stand for long periods Verify production orders, portion cuts, and packaging accuracy Inspect incoming product for quality and compliance Manage shipping coordination to ensure on-time delivery Keep accurate production and shipping records Communicate daily with leadership on quality and operations Vendor or co-packer management experience ServSafe or similar certification Food science or culinary background Proven process improvement experience
Production & Quality Control Manager Beef Processing | $60K$65K
High-growth beef processing operation is seeking a hands-on Production & Quality Control Manager to oversee order accuracy, product quality, and shipping from our co-packing facility. This role is perfect for detail-oriented leaders with experience in meat processing, food production, or quality control who want upward mobility in a fast-growing company.
