What You’ll Do :

You’ll be a key player as our Maintenance Lead, as you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance organization is readily prepared for the operations journey. You will be responsible for growing the technical capability of operations leaders, operations and eliminate root causes of equipment breakdowns.

In This Role You’ll :

• Drive Daily Management System to deliver improved results
• Work the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination DMSs
• Ensure any safety / quality / food safety conditions issues that require parts or planning are resolved quickly
• Own the maintenance plan for the line – appropriate PMs, quality of PMs, PM execution, PM tracking & continual improvement
• Participate in the operational reviews (shift hand-off, shiftily ops review, daily ops review) – take appropriate actions
• Eliminate technical barriers for the line teams to achieve results
• Partner with line leader to drive Continuous Improvement of systems and results
• Develop individual capability in Progressive Maintenance (PM) standard work process
• Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and / or mitigate issues
