Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth. This individual must be able to relocate within and be willing to commit to the position long-term.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all departments are running smoothly
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders
