We’re looking for a Hospice RN – Regional Support to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician—temporarily assigned to different hospice branches in W MI (could include areas of Grand Rapids, Fremont, Traverse City, Okemos, Ann Arbor, Jackson and Portage, MI) based on census needs or staffing gaps. If you’re energized by new settings, adaptable to change, and passionate about purpose-driven care, this role could be a perfect fit.

As a Hospice RN – Regional Support, You Will :

Schedule & Travel :

This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional on-call responsibilities. Travel is required and may include :
