Massachusetts Licensed Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and guidance for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on various legal and business issues

Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Monitor data privacy laws and create standard templates and internal policies for business scalability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctorate, and a current license to practice law in at least one U.S. State

3+ years of experience in both a law firm and in-house environment, with a focus on commercial and operational responsibilities

Experience with various technology agreements commonly used in the high-tech industry

Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work on diverse projects
