Pay :

• Routine Visit Rate : $50.00 - $52.00 per visit
• Start of Care (SOC) Rate : $120 - $150 per visit (depending on experience and qualifications)

Role Overview :

We are seeking motivated RN's with experience in Home Health Skilled Nursing Visits to join our team in Commerce City / Brighton. In this role, you will visit our clients in their home and help with skills needing to be assessed or managed and offering education.
