Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers to maintain project schedules and task lists
Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure understanding of system functionalities
Create and maintain documentation related to client configurations and training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant work experience in roles such as technical support or project management
Background in B2B Enterprise SaaS Implementation and HR domain experience
Proficiency in configuring and customizing platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
