Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers for the email suite products Assist customers via email and Zoom with technical setup and questions Support customers throughout the implementation period Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience Experience with email routing and DNS management Ability to work and thrive remotely Customer-centric and collaborative mindset
