Service Team Lead - RDW Financial Group

RDW Financial Group is growing, and we're looking for a highly skilled Service Team Lead to join our team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional client experience and providing critical support to our advisors through efficient operations, precise administrative work, and outstanding service.

Compensation : $50,000 - $55,000 + Bonuses, performance incentives, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, applications, and CRM setup
• Maintain accurate and organized client records; process account updates and service-related requests
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly via phone and email
• Assist with asset transfers, contributions, withdrawals, RMDs, and other account-level transactions
• Prepare meeting materials, reports, and follow-up communication after client appointments
