As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence throughout the location. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and residents by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter security-related incidents and report any irregularities.

Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Remain alert and aware of the surroundings to help to deter potential security-related issues in the residential environment.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Experience with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
