Phoenix Defense is currently seeking applicants for Electronic Technician Maintenance III positions supporting the Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions Program (W-TRS) in Louisville, KY.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The Electronics Technician Maintenance III position will perform all functions required to maintain and repair electronic TADSS and equipment, including a variety of Training Devices
• Performs preventative maintenance IAW technical guidelines and equipment specifications ensuring proper functionality and safe operating conditions
• Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve routine electrical, mechanical, and computer issues by interpreting. manufacturers' manuals or similar documents
• Performs inventory of spare / repair parts IAW contractual guidelines
• Capture and records accurate maintenance history ensuring unique corrective measures for work orders and repair are annotated into MIS.
• Applies basic and advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems
• May supervise, provide direction / guidance, and check lower-level technicians' work
• Ensuring that all paperwork and reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Reads and interprets schematic drawings and diagrams required to perform maintenance
• This position may require travel to other installations and other W-TRS locations.
