Schedule : M–F, 7am–3pm

Pay Rate : Up to $40-45 / hr

Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC machining operations, tooling implementation, and CAM programming at Caterpillar’s Mapleton Foundry. This role involves 50% shop floor and 50% office time, with high collaboration across operations, quality, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize CNC programs
• Implement new perishable tooling and CAM systems
• Investigate equipment issues and recommend solutions
• Generate and revise component prints based on CMM results
• Support cost-saving initiatives in machining operations
