Pay Range : $30.00 - $37.00 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our ATS team who will focus on creating scalable reporting platforms, defining and tracking key metrics, and developing self-service analysis tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our data-driven decision-making process to address the rapidly increasing need for data. This role involves close interaction with various business functions to provide insights for product improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze data across diverse business functions to establish relationships between multiple data sources.
• Offer data insights to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Develop scripts to streamline data processing for business analysis, reporting, and optimization.
• Create composite queries for in-depth analysis of business-related issues.
• Design and develop dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools for enhanced decision-making.
