Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned to institutional priorities

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and audit management

Manage financial operations including accounting, compliance, and risk management functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred

10+ years of senior finance leadership experience; higher education experience preferred

Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and developing high-performing teams

Ability to translate data and financial insights into strategic decision support

CPA credential preferred
