Job Responsibilities :

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans

\n\t\n\t

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility routines

Monitor and document patient progress

\n\t\n\t

Communicate effectively with the care team and patients

\n\t\n\t

Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating therapy environment

\n\t\n

Qualifications : \n\n \n\t

Active California PTA license

\n\t\n\t

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

\n\t\n\t

Current BLS certification

\n\t\n\t

Previous experience preferred but not required
