Transcriptionist - Radiation Oncology - FT day - Vineland
Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTION :
Under the direction of the Department Director / Supervisor / Supervisor, the employee is responsible for all department transcription, the dissemination of typed dictation, other departmental typing projects, and, if needed, assist in answering phones and filling in for other staff members when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical transcription experience required.
- Radiology transcription experience preferred.
- Exhibits professional appearance at all times.

Knowledge & Skills :
- Ability to work flexible schedules with frequent interruptions.
- Demonstrates loyalty, reliability, tactfulness, honesty and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
