Job descriptionExtensive experience in traditional labor matters including collective bargaining and contract administration Grievance arbitration experience with the ability to handle matters independently Experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB strongly preferred Strong writing analytical and research skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Soft Skills : Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong communication and organizational skills Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration Handle grievance arbitration proceedings and related labor disputes Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB Provide strategic counseling to clients on traditional labor matters and compliance issues Support litigation matters involving labor relations and employment disputes Collaborate with partners associates and clients to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions Competitive Salary : Annual base salary expected to range from $210000 $230000 based on experience qualifications and market factors Eligibility for bonuses and profit-sharing Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical dental vision disability and life insurance; paid time off; paid parental leave; 401(k) with employer contribution; family / dependent care leave; FSA / HSA; and an employee assistance program Additional Benefits : Optional critical care accident and hospital indemnity coverage domestic partner benefits student loan refinancing support; dependent life insurance; and pet insurance

Our client an AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver . This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters including collective bargaining contract administration grievance arbitration and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Colorado in good standing
- 7 years of traditional labor law experience
Candidates with mixed employment litigation and some labor experience will also be considered
