Job Schedule : Full-Time

We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician with specialization in Irrigation to join our community, committed to delivering outstanding food to our residents. As a General Maintenance Technician , you will play an important role in all phases of maintenance around our campus that meet or exceed Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do :

• Receive and follow maintenance schedule / instructions from supervisor in accordance with established maintenance policies and procedures; perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain, install and repair various types of irrigation equipment and systems.
• Responsible for maintaining sprinkler / drip irrigation systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times.
• Repair irrigation leaks, broken heads and lines in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility, grounds, and equipment in a safe and serviceable manner including taking preventive measures; perform routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. as directed.
